Think UP for Young Minds specialises in empowering 9 to 11-year-olds to achieve their goals by overcoming internal barriers through Mindset Coaching, Hypnotherapy, and an understanding of how the mind works. As your guide, I facilitate positive change by using the fastest methods, combining neuroplasticity science with effective NLP principles, CBT, Coaching and Hypnotherapy.
The 28-day program involves identifying and eliminating unwanted behaviour patterns like anxiety, overthinking, and negative thoughts. Sessions are confidential and personalised, conducted conveniently through ZOOM or GOOGLE MEETS.
The Think UP online program enhances your child's understanding of the mind with simple daily exercises, taking no more than 10 minutes per day. These exercises, suitable for individual or group settings, align with the four 30-minute weekly one to one online virtual sessions.
Sian's mission is to instil a new sense of calm, self-belief, and inner confidence in the young people she works with.
